Everyone knows Pudsey Bear and for this year's Children in Need, he's sending out that special message: Be Bright Be Seen.

Many children will be wearing all things bright today to raise funds for Children in Need but we want to keep the theme going throughout the winter months as it helps you to stay safe at the road side.
