Transition

The transition from primary to secondary school is a milestone in every young person’s life. Let’s make sure they are equipped to deal with their new independent journey.

With Jessie as our guide, we will take a look at the topics our Y6 pupils need to think about for the journey to their new school. This will help young people to think about how to stay safer when they are on, or near to the roads.
