CHALLENGE BRANDON
Wishing Sgt Brandon Brown and his colleagues the best of luck as they take on the RoadPeace Challenge this week.
Aiming for 10k a day over seven days, the team of roads policing officers are doing their bit to raise awareness about road harm.
Throughout the RoadPeace Challenge week of action – May 13-19, 2024 – emergency services, safer roads partnerships, schools, businesses and communities are running, cycling, walking or horse riding 1,766 miles to honour the 1,766 people reported killed on UK roads in 2022.
And although the target was reached on day two, supporters across the UK and banking those miles in a bid to save lives.
