Evaluation
In line with the overall SYSRP strategy, all our activities must be supported with a logic model which explains their aims and objectives, what the desired outcomes are and how their performance is evaluated. We will apply the same principle to our communications activity, using a variety of metrics to measure the influence and impact of what we publish online, in print and elsewhere. We will use:
- Google Analytics to evaluate the performance of our website, using their platform to provide data about our online audience
- Social media insight platforms to do the same kind of evaluation for our Facebook and Twitter activity, and any future platforms that we adopt
- RS Evaluate, the Partnership’s preferred evaluation toolkit, to track the performance of our event and campaign activity via online surveys
- Community panels and focus groups, where appropriate, to analyse the performance of our communications activity
